With Governor Brown’s signing on February 28th passing the first state-wide rent control bill in the nation, the State of Oregon has given landlords little time to adjust to the new changes this bill imposes on our business. We will discuss the bill and the “best steps” ideas in implementation for your rentals and tenants.
